Katherine Ilett

Katherine Ilett is a Director and Head of Residential Sales in our Cambridge office specialising in sales across the city centre and the surrounding villages. 

A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Katherine has over 20 years experience in the property industry, including 10 years working in investment and rural valuations of farms and estates. She brings a wealth of expertise in agency negotiation, property investment and an in-depth understanding of the local market. 

Katherine works with a wide range of clients, including private individuals, developers and investors, providing honest, straightforward advice and a highly personalised service. Her knowledge of Cambridge and the surrounding countryside enables her to offer valuable insight to buyers and sellers alike. 

Having grown up on a dairy and arable farm, Katherine developed an early interest in property and architecture. She has a particular appreciation for the character of Cambridge, its surrounding villages and the lifestyle the area offers. 

Outside of work, Katherine enjoys reformer pilates, running, saunas and countryside walks, as well as spending time with friends.
