Nick has 10 years of commercial real estate experience and heads BNP Paribas Real Estate’s commercial placemaking team. He specialises in research driven placemaking and focusses on consumer facing markets, working with cross-disciplinary clients which span the Residential, Office, Retail and Rural sectors. He advises clients on their strategy, vision, implementation and future-proofing of development and regeneration projects.
Internally, Nick splits his time between working alongside both commercial and rural focussed placemaking teams and working with sector specific expertise from across the BNP Paribas Real Estate / Strutt and Parker property lifecycle. Nick is focused on connecting dots from creative to commercial, across the realms of space, people, economics and culture. His passion for placemaking is driven by his desire to create innovative and original, user centric solutions to issues surrounding the built environment.
A large part of Nick’s role focuses on social sustainability, ensuring that his projects have a positive impact on the communities in which they sit. He is currently studying for a course in social impact at the University of Pennsylvania.
