Samantha Finn

Having worked in both practice and industry she is able to bring a broad knowledge and experience to ensure the team can bring the highest level of service and meeting deadlines as necessary.

Since joining Strutt & Parker in March 2025, Samantha’s goal has been to ensure that we deliver a high quality of service needed to facilitate the rural client’s businesses and beyond. She has varied experience in all aspects of accounting which has enabled her to have an overview of how each service relates to the clients individually. 

She manages a team of 10 staff who are responsible for meeting the day-to-day bookkeeping needs for a variety of clients. She has a strong background in payroll and leads the payroll team to ensure every client is compliant with HMRC and Pension regulations. Samantha can understand and address the more complex queries that often will occur when providing a complete accounting service

Samantha supports the Head of Rural Client Finance by overseeing the statutory compliance logs to meet the audit needs of the business.
