Alex Banister

She assists with the day-to-day workings of rural estates ranging from tenancy management to drafting budgets to present to clients for future projects.

Alex graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in May 2025 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management, joining Strutt & Parker in September 2025. During her degree, she worked for a rural estate assisting the estate with its large residential and commercial portfolio.

Since joining S&P, Alex has been working with private clients on estate management, diversification projects and development opportunities. She is developing a thorough practical foundation across rural surveying. She’s involved with tenancy management, drafting leases, compliance matters to assisting with the diversification of client’s assets. Alex is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused advice at all stages of her development.
