The heart of the home is provided by the impressive open-plan, bespoke designed kitchen and dining room, where there is also ample space for relaxed sitting. Fitted with sleek, wall and base level cabinetry, topped with Silestone quartz counter tops, the kitchen also features a peninsular unit, with colour contrast design, which creates a divide to the adjoining dining area. A host of integrated appliances provide excellent facilities for the family cook or for those who enjoy entertaining and include a Quooker instant hot tap, Neff dishwasher, oven, induction hob with extractor, combination oven, fridge, separate freezer, and wine cooler. Glazed bi-fold doors and a set of French doors from the kitchen provide a seamless inside to outside living environment, whilst the southeasterly aspect ensure the room is filled with natural light. The ground floor accommodation also offers a separate family room and a study, both of which provide versatile use options, along with a utility and a cloakroom. On the first floor, two of the five bedrooms benefit from ultra-modern, en suite facilities and a smart, family bathroom provides a bath tub and separate shower cubicle. All bathrooms have heated towel rails whilst the ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom has timed, temperature controlled underfloor heating.

Outside

The property is approached via wooden, fivebar gates onto a gravelled driveway, providing parking for a number of cars and gives access to the detached, double garage, which has the potential to provide annexe accommodation (subject to the usual consents). The rear garden offers an extensive area of lawn, with hedging to one side and a wooded area at the far boundary. The mature trees and shrubs in the grounds are a splendid feature creating a wonderful, natural feel to the grounds and are accompanied by architectural planting in a bed which forms the edge of the paved terrace adjoining the rear of the house. There are opportunities for outdoor entertaining and relaxation, along with plenty of space for children to play.
