Residential Energy

The UK Government's energy policy has set some ambitious targets for homes, with 13,000 properties a week requiring refurbishment to meet the goal of an 80% reduction in carbon emissions by 2050.

As part of achieving this, the Government is targeting improvements in the energy performance of the UK's 26 million homes through the Green Deal.

Whether you own a Victorian terrace, a Grade II listed farmhouse, a village cottage or a UK-wide housing portfolio, increasing energy costs will be affecting you.

Our team can work with you to identify where measures can be taken to improve efficiency, many of which may qualify for funding under the Green Deal. We can advise on the renewable alternatives that allow you to minimise the impact of escalating oil, gas and electricity costs. We will identify opportunities for micro-generation such as solar PV, solar thermal, air-source, ground-source or biomass, some of which can be managed with the tap of a screen by a remote controlled Building Management System integrated with security systems and home appliances.
