Amy Care

Amy joined Strutt & Parker after completing a degree in Rural Real Estate at Harper Adams University, including a placement year at a family firm in Cornwall. She has over 1.5 years of experience working within the farming and land management sphere, currently working towards Chartered Rural Surveyor status and Agricultural Valuer status.

During her year working in Cornwall, she assisted with numerous environmental schemes, valuations, planning applications and all matters of landlord and tenant work. The job covered the whole of Devon and Cornwall, allowing her to work with a magnitude of different farming structures, clients and environment. 

In her current role, she assistson a varied portfolio of rural estates and farms across the Cotswolds, Wiltshire, Herefordshire and Gloucester – including residential, commercial and agricultural landlord and tenant work, high end lettings, Agricultural tenancies, environmental schemes and general property management.
