Tom Pullin MRICS FAAV

A fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, former chairman of Gloucestershire & District Agricultural Valuers and examiner for the southern examination group.

Since joining Strutt & Parker in November 2025 he has continued to provide valuations for a wide variety of rural and agricultural properties and assets for secured lending, tax, accounting, and asset management purposes as an experienced RICS Registered Valuer.  Based in the Cirencester Land Management team Tom provides estate management, valuation, farming, property sales, landlord and tenant, advice to existing and new clients.

Outside of work, Tom has an interest in the countryside, farming and rural pursuits. As a keen sports enthusiast he continues to play cricket and golf, whilst still following rugby from the stands since hanging up his boots. When he is not playing sports or spectating, he is usually found on the family farm in South Gloucestershire with his young family.
