Graduate Rural Surveyor

Scott graduated from the Royal Agricultural University in 2024 with a BSc (Hons) in Rural Land Management, joining Strutt & Parker in June 2024.

  • Rural | Land Management

Prior to his degree, he worked within the agricultural sector as a contractor and assisting in the management of his family farm - giving him exposure to modern farming practices and allowing him to build a widespread portfolio of contacts.

Since joining Strutt & Parker, Scott has been working with both institutional and private clients on a variety of different instruction types. He is developing a broad practical foundation across the disciplines that define rural surveying - from negotiating agricultural tenancies and rent reviews to estate management and agricultural business consultancy, he is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused advice at every stage of his development.

Outside of work, Scott is a keen cricketer through the summer months and enjoys country sports and pursuits. He has been a member of Tewkesbury Young Farmers club from the age of fifteen and has spent two years as club Chairman with a particular love for Tug of War, being part of the club’s journey to national competitions.
