Lucy Hawkins

Her experience includes valuations, high end country lettings, telecommunications, tenancy surrenders, rent review negotiations, tenancy matters, diversification and strategic estate planning. 

Lucy currently leads the Cirencester Rural team and is a driven and successful team leader who has a well-regarded reputation of delivering to a high standard on both long-term estate management and on time sensitive consultancy and transactional work.

Lucy joined Strutt & Parker on the graduate programme in our Cambridge office before relocating to Cirencester shortly after qualifying. Lucy was exposed to a broad range of work in Cambridge, however the main focus was on estate management for a range of estates, alongside valuation work.  This included the responsibility of the day-to-day management of an estate with over 50 residential lets, in-house and tenanted farms, woodland and a principal house. This provided a practical understanding of all aspects of estate management, including full property refurbishments and diversification projects. 

Lucy is head of a number of private and corporate clients, leading on rural consultancy and estate management. She has become known in the Cotswolds for her specialist advice in complex high-end lettings and is a trusted advisor to both corporate and private clients. Lucy has led on numerous sensitive Agricultural Holding Act tenancy surrenders as well as complex residential tenancy negotiations where managing both Landlord and Tenant expectations has been critical for ensuring successful results.
