James has been an estate agent in Kent since 1996, and joined the Canterbury team in 2009. He specialises in selling country houses and good town houses in the central part of Kent. He has a particular skill in ensuring once a sale is agreed it has the best chance of going through to an exchange of contracts and completion. The selling of a larger country house may often throw up unusual legal issues during the conveyancing. James has seen many of these issues and often helps guide clients and their solicitors to find solutions that ensure a sale stays on track. James has lived in Kent all his life, and outside work he is a keen member of the Society for the Preservation of Ancient Buildings and has hosted their annual work party twice. Windsurfing is his preferred form of exercise.
