East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, East Dorset, Isle of Wight
Our south coast offices cover some of the most beautiful and unspoilt coastline including the Isle of Wight.
The Eastern end of the coast line (Managed by Paul Machell based in Chichester) covers an area which is a haven of natural, unspoilt beaches and exceptional recreational facilities, offering possibly the foremost boating opportunities the UK has to offer. Some of the best known sailing clubs can be found on the south coast, namely The Royal Southern at Hamble, The Royal Ocean Racing Club at Cowes on the Isle of Wight, Bosham, Itchenor, Hayling Island (home to many highly accomplished sailors) and Portsmouth, home to the latest America’s Cup Challenge inspired by the iconic Sir Ben Ainslie.
The Western coast line is managed by Fred Cook based in Salisbury, together with Sandy Bruce in Lymington and Jake Civardi in Winchester. The team experience covers the sale of the smallest of country cottages to farmhouses with spectacular sea views in Hampshire and East Dorset to the more contemporary flats and apartments in sought after areas such as Sandbanks.
