The Strutt & Parker Canterbury office is located in the heart of historic Canterbury and is home to a large team of estate agents, land managers and valuers. Together they provide a range of services including the sale of outstanding examples of all types of properties across Mid and East Kent and Canterbury and are also responsible for a selling some of the premier new home developments. The land management team manage over 30,000 acres across the county from Sevenoaks to Deal, providing estate management and strategic advice for land owners and farming businesses. The residential development team advises on major mixed use and residential developments throughout the South East. The professional valuation team act for major lending institutions and regularly deal with expert witness work.

From Dover to Strutt & Parker Canterbury: Follow the A2 towards Canterbury. Leave the A2 to join the A2050 towards Canterbury. In Canterbury Town Centre, turn left at the roundabout onto Upper Bridge Street. At the next roundabout, turn right into Watling Street. St. Margaret's Street is the third turning on the right. (At this point St Margaret's Street is one way). Strutt & Parker is located on the right-hand side.
From London to Strutt & Parker Canterbury: Leave London via the A2. Continue on the A2 to join the M2 towards Canterbury. Leave the M2 at junction 7 to rejoin the A2 signposted to Dover. After approximately 2 miles take the A2050 signposted to Canterbury. Continue on this road and at the second roundabout turn right onto the Canterbury ring road. Continue onto Rhodaus Town, and at the second roundabout, turn left into Watling Street. St. Margarets Street is the third turning on the right. (At this point St Margarets Street is one way). Strutt & Parker is located on the right-hand side.

Parking Parking is available in Watling Street and Rose Lane Multistorey carpark, which is a short walk from the Strutt and Parker Office.
