Windlesham Services

  • Residential sales

Windlesham is a village with a true community feel. As an estate agent established over 130 years, we cover sales in Windlesham, and the surrounding areas of Bagshot, Lightwater, Chobham and West End. Windlesham sits on the borders of Surrey and Berkshire and has excellent communication links via the M3 (Junction 3). It is known for its first-class village pubs and its annual Pram Race on Boxing Day, which draws crowds from far and wide. The village is a great place for young families just starting out. There is an active Mother and Toddles Club at St John The Baptist Church, a large children’s playground at The Field of Remembrance, as well as active cricket and football clubs, that have both a great social scene. In addition there are a number of good Infant schools include Valley End Infant School, Windlesham Village Infant School, Woodcote House prep school for Boys, Hall Grove Pre-Prep and Prep School, and Coworth Flexlands Prep School.

Directions

From Junction 3 of the M3, take the A322 towards Bracknell. At the first set of traffic lights turn left towards Bagshot, going all the way round the mini roundabout and back to the same traffic lights. Proceed straight across into New Road and continue to the T junction. Turn right and follow the road past the church and to the next T junction. Turn left and take the next turning left into Updown Hill, where the office will be found on the right hand side.

What our clients have to say

We just want to say a huge thank you for all your hard work over the past two months. We couldn't have done it without you!
Thank you for helping us find our new home. We look forward to showing it off
Just a word to say thank you for all the time and effort that yourself, Katie and Gara have put into our home sale. We have received a first class service from the outset through to exchange. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to others. Your commitment to the whole process has been outstanding. Without your efforts we are convinced Exchange would never have happened
